KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES You will be reaching out to TOP CXOs across the industry, inviting them to be part of an industry-related event as a delegate You will be responsible for creating strategies to promote delegate registrations (online and offline), locally and internationally. You will be responsible for the sales of all Delegate Packages across multiple event portfolios in various geographical regions (depending upon event locations) You will be responsible for the development of customer call lists through data mining through to primary and secondary research You will be responsible for monitoring sales data and trends to identify group sales opportunities You will manage and lead all aspects of the delegate acquisition sales process including pipeline management, notes, and updating account records Teamwork is important and you will be someone who is able to work across functions, in particular, working closely with the marketing team to develop an acute understanding and general awareness of the key industries in which you will be selling into You will work on various modes of sales, Telesales, emails, social media, etc contacting delegates before the event to explain the benefits of attending SKILLS and BEHAVIOURS Ability to strategies and execute the long-term vision Prior experience working in the blockchain/cryptocurrency industry and having connections with CIO -1 (Sr. Managers IT, Head of IT, GM IT, VP IT) is preferred Knack to multitask Exceptional networking skills Out-of-the-box thinker Excellent communication skills Fluency in English (written and verbal) required Fluency in Turkish (preferred) Great research skills to identify and engage new leads A smart worker who can work efficiently in achieving the set target Good computer skills using Word, Excel, and Outlook The right attitude, good team player Analytical bent of mind with an ability to have a consultative approach towards clients Proactive Go-getter attitude Candidates from event / conference background would be preferred
