About the Role:
Limit Break is looking for a highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and versatile Business Operations & Product Manager. This role is perfect for a fast learner who has honed their skills in business development and client / account management and is excited to contribute to the growth of a cutting-edge company in the rapidly evolving NFT and web3 space.

Responsibilities:
Grow the business:
- Build on your client management experience to cultivate strong relationships both with clients and with internal stakeholders
- Apply your exceptional organizational and structured thinking capabilities to ensure successful execution of client projects
- Monitor client performance and provide regular updates, insights, and recommendations to optimize results.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues, acting as the primary point of contact and liaison between clients and internal teams.
- Identify, research, and qualify potential clients, partners, and opportunities within the NFT and web3 ecosystem.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the NFT, blockchain, and web3 industries.
Build the product:
- Lead a cross-functional product development team to identify and prioritize new features and enhancements based on client needs and market trends.
- Apply your problem-solving skills to create product roadmaps, user stories, and specifications.
- Track and analyze product performance metrics to inform data-driven decisions on feature prioritization and product improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree , with 2+ years of experience preferred in a Tier 1 management consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG) at the Associate or Consultant level.
- Structured thinking, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Highly adaptable and comfortable navigating ambiguity and rapidly changing environments - a builder mentality
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- A passion for innovation, creativity, and the potential of NFTs and web3 technologies.
A plus:
- Experience in business development, account management, or product management roles, preferably in the NFT, blockchain, or web3 space.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects and successfully managing client relationships.
- Strong understanding of the NFT, blockchain, and web3 ecosystems, including smart contracts, tokenomics, and industry best practices.
