Senior Project Manager - Head of Delivery

JOB PURPOSE: The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the successful project delivery. They are also the escalation point for all client issues. They will collaborate closely with clients on all issues and ensure that the projects are on track and within budget and timescales. The role will also manage a project manager and as EAK Digital grows they will be responsible for scaling the team. You will also form part of the leadership team and report directly to the CEO and provide updates, insight, and direction, as we begin to define and deliver on the company’s goals and objectives. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES As a Senior Project Manager, you will set the tone and vision, ensuring the delivery of multiple projects across different workstreams and brands You will continuously evaluate and evolve our delivery practices while looking at ways in which you can support the teams in creating a modern progressive client proposition You will measure the overall project performance by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting project performance and work to maximize revenue and reduce costs You will be the main point of contact for all escalation for our clients and colleagues You will be accountable and take ownership and show flexibility when required You will be responsible for budget management, including monitoring projected budgets and profitability against expenditure. Again, you will look for opportunities to drive down costs You will be responsible for building and encouraging a collaborative style approach to your leadership as you manage, develop and grow a new team, advising and mentoring their progress As part of the wider leadership team, you will be a person of influence and you will use your relationship skills by building a rapport, while effectively communicating and influencing with stakeholders and clients You will be someone who seeks information and prepares ahead, by constantly working ahead of the curve monitoring project health, identifying problems, and developing mitigating strategies ahead of critical events You will be a natural people leader who inspires the trust of your employees and co-workers You will coach and mentor your staff by providing feedback and fostering a culture of continuous learning while creating a high-performing team You will be someone who likes to work to deadlines and is happy to set departmental and individual goals and targets against company goals You will participate and support company-wide initiatives for the year around organizational culture, Inclusion and diversity, and other initiatives in sales and marketing You will be someone who is keen to learn about the revolution that is crypto and happy to share knowledge and take the journey with everyone which is crypto learning SKILLS and BEHAVIOURS To have excellent managerial and organizational skills including critical thinking and problem solving Be not afraid to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in. As much as this role is about creating an overall marketing approach and strategy for the business, it is equally as important that the candidate can deliver on those elements whilst we eventually grow our team Project management skills from planning (project brief), managing and executing to completion Excels working in a high-performance and challenging environment Excellent time management and scheduling experience An expert understanding of the crypto and blockchain marketing landscape (desirable) To have your fingers on the pulse of all things Web3 (desirable)
