We are looking for a talented and ambitious Senior Recruiter with a proven track record of recruiting in Tech to help build our rapidly expanding company by sourcing top talent within the tech, blockchain, or gaming field. Responsibilities Drive the full recruitment lifecycle - from sourcing top talent to engaging and interviewing candidates all the way through the process Ensuring a positive candidate experience Help set and drive the recruiting strategy Manage and develop more junior members of the team Help build our external career brand through outreach, marketing, and networking Preparing recruitment materials and posting jobs to our internal Applicant Tracking System and other appropriate job boards Compile candidate pools through sourcing and other out-of-the-box headhunting methods Communicate with hiring managers about candidate fit and key competencies Administer necessary tests to candidates and distribute completed work to hiring teams for review Present and negotiate offers to successful candidates; assist with onboarding of new hires by conducting new employee orientation alongside HR Be a team player; just because the task you’ve been asked to complete isn’t in your job description does not mean you will shy away from helping Qualifications 7+ years of previous recruitment experience, with a strong track record preferably in the tech/gaming industry A post-secondary education Experience in the blockchain gaming or cryptocurrency industry is considered a strong asset Mastery of proactive and attraction-based recruitment methods. A passion for social media, technology, and the gaming industry Excited by a creative and dynamic work environment, with a proven ability to prioritize concurrent responsibilities Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, as well as open-mindedness A results-oriented, ‘up for a challenge’ mindset, with the ability to manage tight deadlines and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment Excellent research skills through which you are able to determine the best strategies to attract talent with niche skillsets Outstanding stakeholder and candidate management skills, to ensure a positive candidate experience and a streamlined approach to our hiring process.
