Our Myria Studios creates a range of free-to-play blockchain games spanning across an entire interconnected ecosystem. Our latest game lineup includes Metarush, obstacle battle racer and AB de Villiers cricket game by Myria Studios and Moonville, a simulation game in development in collaboration with our partner studio. 

As a Head of Studio, you will guarantee the development of high quality video games in line with the Myria roadmap and the players’ expectations. This is a senior leadership position reporting to our Co-CEOs - We are looking for an experienced, visionary and motivated leader of our Myria Studio who will manage and elevate our superstar teams of Game Design, Art, and Production. 

You will define and implement a sustainable development strategy and ensure the team’s performance and company growth. You should have a deep understanding of launch strategy, operations and the importance of cultivating superfans throughout the product lifecycle and around the games. 

 Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the business plans required to grow the studio 
• Define the most effective organisation, managing both production and G&A teams and train Myria Studio’s leadership to ensure effective and efficient delivery 
• Collaborate efficiently with editorial teams and partner studios, define for your team's objectives of quality to reach for all mandates and games developed by your studio
• Exercise strong judgement and be the final point of escalation
• Implement best practice methodologies, production processes and efficient tools to promote and foster a gamer-centric culture, an innovation mindset and effective collaboration with other studios associated with the projects.
• Recruit the best skills around you and foster a culture that promotes the constant development of expertise across the studio.

Qualifications

• 10 or more years of studios management experience is required 
• Your strong production know-how (AAA experience), your strong co-development mindset, in addition your entrepreneurial skills are key to implementing a sustainable development strategy
• Identified as a leader, you foster team motivation and build trusting relationships with your partners
• Crisp communicator at the executive level 
• Highly analytical, preference for financial and priority decisions based on data & research
• Gamer and consumer oriented, you have a deep knowledge of video games market
