Web3 Golang Backend Engineer (IPFS)

What you’ll do

IPFS and related decentralized storage solutions are a very exciting part of the web3 ecosystem.

• You will use your knowledge of Golang to design and implement backend services to support high-volume access to IPFS services.

• You will be using your knowledge of system design to create new APIs, daemons, and web services that enable our customers to access decentralized storage at scale.

• You will collaborate with a team of senior engineers to build a key component of the decentralized world.

Would be great if you brought this to the role

• You bring deep experience with systems engineering.

• Ideally, you have architected numerous cloud-based (AWS) systems using a performant language such as Golang to implement them.

• You have had significant experience with AWS, Linux, Docker, and RDMs such as Postgres.

• We work in a remote-first environment, so strong communication and documentation skills as well as a proven ability to work within a remote team are highly desirable qualities.

• You have at least 4 years of experience with backend engineering and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent training/work experience).
