What you’ll do

As a Senior Product Manager, Commercial Platform at Infura you will:

  • Guide the vision, strategy, and outcomes for the Infura Commercial Platform which enable Consensys teams and partners to configure and commercialize services offered through Infura, including pricing and billing systems, entitlements, API key management, rate limiting, promotional campaign systems and more
  • Research and understand users, partners and internal business stakeholder needs to clearly define the problems that the platform is solving
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team drive product prioritization and discovery processes
  • Create product proposals - describing the problem space, writing detailed requirements for the solution, proposing example API schemas, and defining how to measure success of the product
  • Collaborate with Project Management, Engineering and QA to ensure all teams are aligned on product definition, development, cross-team go-to-market plans and post release monitoring
  • Define analytics requirements for measuring the performance and success of Platform services

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of Product Management experience at a SaaS company, ideally building a developer-focused API or platform product
  • You’ve got a passion for building scalable, multi-product platforms that create high leverage and value for customers
  • You have examples of how to balance need for platform feature expansion vs. driving down operational, support, and billing inefficiencies
  • You’ve got extensive experience working across a large and diverse group of technical customers; you’re comfortable with technical conversations about how systems work together
  • You are a strong, concise writer - you’ve written high-level strategy documents as well as detailed specifications for technical products
  • You are data driven and can analyze disparate usage and performance data to develop hypotheses for product enhancements
  • You’ve been a Product Owner in an Agile development environment, having gone through the full development lifecycle from specification through live operations and data analysis
