More about you:

You are a passionate, people-oriented HR Generalist looking to take the next step in your career. We’re looking for a motivated, independent, and capable People Operations Lead for the US and Canada to help us manage our day to day People and Operations initiatives. The ideal candidate is creative, hands-on, and capable of working closely with the ConsenSys team to execute and roll out new processes. This role offers the opportunity to impact the growth of the culture at ConsenSys while partnering closely with the Director of Global People Operations.

What you’ll be doing day to day:

  • Payroll & Benefits Administration
  • Work closely with the Director of Global People Operations in the building and implementation of our people operations programs (such as onboarding, offboarding, leave administration etc).
  • Support with planning and executing team activities: manage timelines, coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders, and create documents and communications for internal team members
  • Oversight of Employee Handbook Management, updating company policies and procedures as necessary
  • Guide and collaborate with management to optimize the use of our people management tools (Namely, CultureAmp, etc.)
  • Record and compile data in Excel, using spreadsheet features and tools to produce key data points for use; use excel lookups to run regular audits across HR system data
  • Onboarding new employees and contractors - order equipment and set up accounts
  • Day to day maintenance of HRIS for reviewing data, flagging any updates, building out current systems, running reports, managing training and sending weekly reports.
  • Additional HR platforms, TriNet and Velocity PEO, you will be serving as the admin for these tools ensuring all new hires are added to relevant platforms, verifying documentation, submitting payroll, connecting with platform reps, managing the operational piece of terminations, and communicating to the wider team on any compliance issues globally.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience at a startup or a remote setting is preferred
  • A self-starter who works independently and drives ambiguous projects to completion
  • Someone who pays extreme attention to detail with relentlessly high standards
  • A highly organized person who knows how to systemize tasks to make them faster and easier for themselves and others
  • A believer in finding ways to automate and simplify tasks
  • Comfortable running basic excel functions: lookups, count and if queries
  • Strong interpersonal communication and team skills
  • High integrity and ethics in handling confidential information
  • Consistent attention to detail and commitment to excellence
  • Is proactive and approaches tasks with a sense of urgency
  • A passion for helping people, and taking on even the smallest tasks with enthusiasm
