Knox Networks is an open-source software platform that supports white label programmable money and digital identity solutions for financial institutions. The Knox software platform can be used for issuing, authorizing, verifying, executing, transacting, distributing, and reporting programmable money between financial institutions and/or consumers as non-account-based financial instruments including, but not limited to: digital cash, treasury securities, repurchase agreements, central bank digital currencies, and any other cash analog. Our technology focuses on balancing privacy, scalability, and interoperability with various financial standards and payment networks. Description As a Customer and Vendor Implementation Product Manager, you bring well-rounded product expertise to the role that includes helping implement Knox services and products for financial institutions, and any relevant integrations with other technology vendors. You must possess a blend of business and technical understanding, a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. This role will require balancing client and internal relationships, to drive market-leading products through innovative and simplistic architecture. You will lead the continuous enhancement and delivery of new product concepts and integrations by defining customer needs and then translating that to requirements via user stories and other input, working with development, marketing, and sales teams. The position is based in New York, NY, or Los Angeles, CA (also open to 100% remote) with a full-time salary and benefits. Key Responsibilities, Prioritized: - Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative product integrations and related web experiences - Lead implementation of Knox technology with financial institutions - Lead integrations with external technology vendors - Build and deliver a product roadmap that encompasses our product strategy coupled with customer input - Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products - Understand Knox's strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognized as the best in the industry - Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where offering up creative solutions is encouraged - Collaborate with your team to discuss and refine solutions to technical problems - Work across teams to prioritize solutions and ensure they solve our customers’ needs - Work cross-teams to define our go-to-market strategies for our solution - Evaluate the feasibility of internal/external requests and balance those against the needs of the business and resource budget - Work with senior management to set product vision and strategy Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - 3+ years in a Product Management or Implementation role, ideally at a B2B software company - Other than these qualifications, we're hoping to bring someone on board who loves what they do and can't wait to join an amazing team - Technical literacy (i.e. you can converse with engineers on API docs) - Intellectual curiosity and interest in new products, businesses, and technologies - Eagerness to work openly and collaboratively with a diverse team Requirements - Received a bachelor's degree in CS, EE, or a related technical field, and proven excellence in previous roles - Be based at the office in New York or LA and be able to travel within the U.S. and internationally on a regular basis as needed - Attention to detail - Excellent communication skills - Deep understanding of technology - Proven record of shipping features on time and on budget - Flexible and focused on solutions - Organized and self-sufficient Why Join?
