Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Technical Co-Founder. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the technical direction of the company, leading the development team, and overseeing the implementation of our blockchain infrastructure. Day-to-day tasks include developing and optimizing smart contracts, managing the tech stack, ensuring network security, and collaborating with the business team to align technical goals with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in blockchain technologies, smart contract development, and cryptocurrencies
• Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Solidity, JavaScript, and Python
• Experience with DeFi platforms, interest-free loan systems, and tokenized assets
• Ability to lead and mentor a technical team, manage projects, and drive innovative solutions
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong analytical abilities
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with both technical and business teams
• Experience working in a startup environment and a strong passion for financial inclusion and innovation
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
