About the role

In this role you

• Lead an Agile scrum team as the Product Owner through successful product definition, planning, scoping and deployment of capabilities. You are accountable for squad deliverables (both technical and non-technical).
• Make trade-offs between scope, budget, and timeline. Work with VP of Program Management closely to ensure these are documented.
• Planning for, facilitation of relevant discussion and/or creation of relevant strategic presentations and documentation to inform and enable senior manager and executive decision making.
• Responsible for reviewing and approving code and artifacts to ensure they meet customer, business and compliance requirements.
• Provide input into product backlog prioritization.
• Accountable for monitoring, reporting and achieving squad-level Key Performance Indicators.
• Collaborate with individuals across roles (e.g., Engineering, Product, Vendors, Finance, Business Analysis, and Project Management) to achieve business objectives.
• Dive in where you are needed at varying stages of a project
• Own all things Secondary Marketplace

• Operationalize all aspect of client NFT Launches
• Own and manage customer relationships. Ensure customers are happy and Mojito is increasing MRR.
• Lead the QA and UAT efforts across the business to ensure that all features are working to spec and client expectation
• Collaborate with the product, business, and engineering teams to ship products
• Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
• Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools
• Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
• Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
• Partner to create Success Criteria for each product
• Own Product Success in partnership with Product, Engineering and Program Mgmt
• Are fully present to Mojitos work. You're welcome to work on other engagements, and we expect you to deliver consistently at a high quality.
