Depending on your role and business needs, you will either work onsite, in a hybrid model or fully remote. We are looking for a skilled and motivated leader to develop and manage a team that is responsible for the oversite of our most valued individual and institutional customers. In this role, you will help facilitate and expand the adoption of digital assets while providing world-class service. You will work closely with customer support, product, legal, finance, and compliance. You will play a critical role in growing the success of our customers and the Account Management team. Responsibilities: Work side by side with your team to build and maintain key relationships with our highest priority customers and develop unique account strategies to maximize platform usage. Partner with cross-functional teams to drive GTM strategy, and functionality of new product features that will further drive platform use. Create, define, and execute customer outreach programs and measurable KPIs. Continually identify areas for improvement with programs and processes used to manage relationships. Be an advocate and voice for the customer to influence decision makers internally. Serve as a subject matter expert on platform functionality and trading. Required Skills and Expertise: 4+ years of managing a sales or account management team in the financial services industry, ideally within the brokerage/trading space. 2+ years in trading and or other financial products and services. Expertise in building, developing, and leading an Account Management function in a high-growth environment. Experience improving CRM solutions to drive organizational efficiency. Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and guiding cross-functional teams, both internal and external. Willingness to adapt quickly to shifting business priorities and ability to work effectively under pressure. Preferred Skills: Cryptocurrency trading and blockchain knowledge are preferred. Experience using Bittrex is a plus. Data analytics (SQL, Snowflake, Excel). Familiar with trading APIs (REST, WebSocket and FIX).
