Who we are

Sentillia is the company behind Deribit, a cryptocurrency derivatives Exchange and the market leader in crypto options. We primarily serve large and advanced traders, including some of the biggest High-Frequency Trading Firms, Hedge Funds and Asset Management Firms. We are proud to be one of the best performing crypto-specialized exchanges in terms of liquidity and low latency round trip times, but humble enough in our aim to do even better every time. 

The majority of Sentillia activities are based around the Deribit UI and platform, an advanced crypto derivatives trading system with thousands of high-end users worldwide: we are always looking for ways to add new features and make our platform better, smarter and visually more attractive. Why we need you (and what we need you for) 

As our Office Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our office, making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll be the perfect mix of hospitality, fun, and hands-on professionalism, balancing administrative duties with creating a fantastic work atmosphere. You’ll work closely with every department, ensuring that operations are seamless and that everyone has what they need to succeed.

You’ll be in charge of the daily lunch, ordering all the essentials for the office, and making sure our work environment is top-notch. From organizing events and social gatherings to keeping everything smooth – you’ll be the go-to person for it all. It’s a diverse, fast-paced role where no two days are the same, and your contributions will be truly valued.

Here follows a summary of your responsibilities:

• Office Management: Keep the office tidy, manage supplies, book travel, and handle administration.
• Support Tasks: Provide first aid, support HR in the onboarding and offboarding of employees, support the Finance team in keeping an overview of the assets list.
• Event Organization: Arrange lunches, dinners and drinks, padel tournaments, and other team outings.
• Hardware and Equipment: Order hardware, create/manage bike- and hardware agreements, maintain asset list and office layout.
• Communication & Coordination: Handle packages and mail, maintain telephony and subscription billing, and manage parking spaces.
• Additional Support: Organize memberships and commuting options.

A bit more about Sentillia and Deribit

Our company’s story starts in 2014, when John Jansen came up with the bright idea to build a dead-fast and robust cryptocurrency derivatives exchange platform. A dedicated place where options and futures of bitcoin and other crypto coins could be traded in high volumes and with minimal delay (low latency), allowing traders to post thousands of orders per second.
