Web3 Product Designer, Marketing

RECUR is a technology company that designs & develops dedicated branded experiences that allow fans to buy, collect, and re-sell digital products and collectibles (NFTs). RECUR is the only blockchain-agnostic NFT platform ultimately giving its brand partners the widest range of distribution and their fan bases the widest range of utility. RECUR also co-authored the recurring royalty standard for NFTs, allowing creators, artists, athletes, and brands to participate in the secondary sales of their assets in perpetuity. RECUR is seeking a Product Designer to join its team full-time, where you will be focused on designing assets used to promote the RECUR brand and experiences across our growing roster of partner brands, with an emphasis on our entertainment brands. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team, where you will help bring to market digital experiences for some of the most coveted brands in the world on innovative, creative projects in the nascent and growing NFT space. What you will do at RECUR Work with the RECUR Brand Marketing team to build out an extended user experience for web platforms, social media, emails, splash pages, white papers, promotional assets, collateral, branding and more Work on some of the worlds largest IPs (Paramount, Nickelodeon, Hello Kitty, Care Bears, and more) to develop concepts, strategies, and client presentations for go-to-market experiences built on our proprietary NFT platform Provide a bridge between the Front-End design teams and marketing Create campaigns with a deep understanding of what marketing visuals and language drives consumer behaviors in the Web3 community Work with Creative and Marketing Managers to produce deliverables, assuring quality web3 experiences are delivered on a timely basis Maintain reliable and impeccable file organization for ease of collaboration Stay on top of industry trends, advancements, and new storytelling techniques that could elevate the work in the Web3 space What you bring to RECUR 5+ years of relevant marketing agency or tech startup experience Expert-level digital product design experience in Figma or equivalent Strong Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop Solid knowledge of marketing, brand, and design principles and development Strong understanding of user experience and human-centered design principles Experience creating user interfaces for web platforms and native applications Work well with tight deadlines in a team environment Ability to take feedback as a process and a means to build something even better A high degree of organization with the ability to deliver work in a timely fashion and meet scheduled deadlines Ability to learn quickly, produce in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure Detail orientation with the ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously to completion and follow-through to resolve any outstanding issues Adaptability to changing circumstances and requirements Positive attitude with ability to establish good relationships and collaborate with other departments Portfolio showing applicable website and/or mobile is required; a creative ability test may be requested Nice to have Ability to develop web pages in Webflow or equivalent Interest in Cinema 4D Experience with AR technologies Experience building platform marketing strategies Creation and interest in NFTs Love for Gaming Knowledge of cryptocurrencies Benefits & Perks Commitment to being a remote-first company & embracing remote work best practices Comprehensive insurance plans - health, dental, and vision + disability and life Insurance Equity in RECUR 401(k) with 2% company matching, no waiting period Flexible Spending Account and Dependent Care Accounts 4 weeks paid vacation, 11 company holidays, 3 floating holidays Parental Leave - Primary & Secondary $100 per month stipend for internet & cell phone Learning and development reimbursement (including online courses, certifications, conferences, seminars, etc.) Free monthly subscription to Headspace, Aaptiv, Omada This is a completely remote role and can work anywhere in the US. #LI-REMOTE
