The Marketing Coordinator will partner with internal and external teams to assist, develop and implement go-to-market campaigns for marketing initiatives that align with the blockchain group's business objectives. Leveraging prior knowledge of social media and omnichannel campaign best practices, the senior marketing coordinator will partner with owned channel subject matter experts to develop customer centric messaging strategies for new product releases, Web3 game launches, NFT drops, and various promotional events. Successful candidates will be self-starters who focus on driving alignment and partnership across the organization.

Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities

  • Coordinate omnichannel product marketing campaigns across in-store, online, email, social, traditional and digital advertising and other channels, working with key stakeholders in Blockchain, Merchandising, Store Operations, Public Relations, Online, and Creative teams as well as external agency and vendor partners in a fast-paced environment
  • Take ownership of all social media marketing campaigns, including but not limited to writing, editing, and entering social media posts into owned social media management tools
  • Help ideate, plan, and execute on various social media marketing, paid sponsorship, and online advertising campaigns in partnership with key stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain marketing materials for business priorities from beginning of project through to completion and manage results reporting once programs are complete
  • Assist in managing external brand agency and product vendor marketing relationships

  • Technical & Professional Knowledge/Skills - Having achieved a satisfactory level of technical and professional skill or knowledge in position-related areas; keeping up with current developments and trends in areas of expertise

  • Accredited bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, communications, or related field required
  • 3+ years of equivalent marketing services experience required
  • Blockchain, gaming, or online social media marketing and brand, promotion, or creative agency experience required


  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software programs, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Proficient knowledge of Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook
  • Knowledge of TikTok, Reddit, Snapchat, and YouTube is preferred but not essential
  • Proficient organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple, overlapping, and potentially conflicting priorities
  • Proficient ability to meet demanding deadlines in a fast-paced environment through contingency planning
  • Working knowledge of organizational branding and its relationship to product and promotional marketing execution
  • Working ability to communicate effectively with others using written and spoken English
  • Proficient ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with others; conducts working relationships in a manner acceptable to others and to the organization
  • Proficient ability to work under demanding time constraints and production goals
  • Possess proficient analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills

  • Needs to demonstrate at least some knowledge base or interest in gaming, web3, blockchain, NFTs, and NFT trends
