A bit about the role:

As the Market Intelligence Lead on the Acceleration Team, you will operate in a high-change environment, navigate complex org structures, map and understand official and unofficial decision-making centres, and be an expert in executive stakeholder management. You will be a critical part of the core team that drives the IMX user adoption flywheel and will work side-by-side with the BD team to source critical strategic gaming partners.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Build web2 market maps and use these to advise deal pricing and structuring for game developer grants
• Provide subject matter expertise and consultation to build deep relationships with the senior stakeholders in the web2 gaming industry
• Understand and be able to identify trends and opportunities in the web2->web3 gaming landscape
• Build strong VC and KOL relationships to facilitate deal flow
• Communicate competitive intelligence insights

We would love you to have:

• A deep understanding of web2 gaming landscapes, gameplay mechanics/loops, and monetization strategies
• A passion for web3 gaming, crypto, and/or digital asset ownership through NFTs
• Direct web2 gaming industry experience in market analysis/strategy role
• High social and emotional intelligence to effectively collaborate with internal cross-disciplinary teams 
• Exceptional stakeholder and communications capabilities

This role will be part of the Immutable X platform team. The goal for Immutable X is to be the leading platform for NFT minting & trading “powering the world of NFT’s”. Our business development mission is to drive sales and growth across key marketplaces and solution providers to be the undisputed leader in scalable blockchain technology within gaming and Web3 gaming.
