🚀About The Role 🤔:

As a Game Partnership Lead, you'll drive the collaboration with some of the most important games building on Immutable. Our dedicated Immutable Games team collaborates with developers to craft and implement their web3 strategies. You'll be able to transform game concepts into successful executions and pioneer innovations in web3 games. You'll build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with external game studios.

To excel in this role, you'll need excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities. You'll coordinate with various teams at Immutable to manage resources and prioritise your projects, ensuring alignment and removing obstacles to achieve shared goals.As the lead for multiple game partnerships, your role will be dynamic! Ranging from advising on blockchain integration to collaborating with marketing on go-to-market plans. Each day will bring new challenges and opportunities.

You’ll Be Empowered To 🎮:

  • Own and shepherd the overall relationship with external game teams; maintaining and developing a strong long-term partnership
  • Make strategic recommendations and identify growth opportunities based on market movements, new ecosystem partnership opportunities, web3 innovation, etc.
  • Remove blockers and problem-solve issues that arise across the project
  • Work with producers to define milestones, manage budget and other constraints, ultimately delivering compelling products to market on time and on budget
  • Advocate for the project and manage internal resources necessary to complete Immutable’s responsibilities to the partner
  • Promote internal alignment, collaboration and ensure various teams are delivering the same goal
  • Analyse and report on the performance of partnerships to senior leadership
  • Build standardised process for working with partners, including timelines, checklists and tools
  • Understand and be able to identify trends and opportunities in the web3 gaming landscape

We'd Love You To Bring 🤝:

  • Your experience as a project manager or account manager - from leading a project end to end whilst commanding a variety of PM tools, leading workstream alignment, and ensuring milestones are met
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills. Being able to identify correct stakeholders as well as key levers for influencing them
  • Your ability to build strong rapport and trust with others, promoting win-win scenarios that will lead to a project’s success
  • Impeccable communication skills. To work with an array of internal and external partners, you will have clear and structured communications and be able to build rapport and manage relationships.
  • Demonstrated capability to tackle unknown challenges, find solutions, and manage issues from start to finish. Unfazed by sudden changes and able to thrive in ambiguity, you'll prioritise issues to achieve successful outcomes
  • Understanding of web2 and web3 game player motivations, market/industry movements and trends. Able to identify opportunities and make strategic recommendations.

  • Ideally past web3 games expertise, including an understanding of blockchain technology and the consumer journey in interacting with web3 products
