We’re looking for motivated individuals who share a passion for financial markets and building world-changing technology.Responsibilities:

  • You'll own all things Growth, which will include setting overarching growth strategy as well as channel-level testing and execution
  • You'll collaborate with our Product & Engineering teams to closely optimize for rapidly expanding awareness and customer acquisition
  • You'll experiment with our Referral programs, affiliate marketing, undergoing A/B testing features to create product lock-ins
  • You'll manage the tracking of and reporting on the campaign and creative performance to uncover growth and optimization opportunities
  • You'll assemble, lead and mentor a cross-functional Growth team to help guide Structure to a market leader — which will likely involve juggling many specialists (copywriters, performance marketing, designers, community managers, etc.)


  • You have experience crafting and executing holistic cross-channel Growth marketing strategies and familiarity with key indicators (attribution, LTV, CAC, ROI, cohort modeling)
  • You're excited to build your growth stack — including data, visualization, channel campaigns, attribution, etc.
  • You don't mind getting your hands dirty in all areas of Growth — that could mean coding the odd trigger e-mail campaign or running a digital ad to A/B test a new feature
  • You're passionate about finance, digital assets, and dramatically improving the status quo with innovative products
  • You are genuine, humble and a supportive team member
  • [Preferred] You have 2+ years of experience running customer acquisition at a new-to-market mobile app or DeFi/digital asset product/platform
