The Role:

At Trilitech, we are growing fast. We are looking for a proactive Social Media Coordinator to join the Marketing team. Reporting to the Social Media Manager and working alongside the Community Manager, you will support the implementation of social media and content strategies to facilitate the growth, awareness and engagement across the ecosystem.

We are seeking someone who can independently drive initiatives, contribute fresh ideas, and execute impactful campaigns that resonate with our community and reflect the dynamism of the Tezos ecosystem.

Main activities:

Content Creation & Execution:

• Curate and post content across various social media channels, while aligning with the overarching strategy set by the Social Media Manager
• Bring forward fresh ideas for content series, campaigns, or engagement tactics
• Actively participate in company events (online and offline) including live streaming, Twitter Spaces, and capturing event highlights

Community Building & Engagement:

• Forge meaningful relationships with influencers, creators and the online community, working in close collaboration with the community manager, by responding to comments, direct messages, and mentions across various platforms
• Create community-centric initiatives together with the social media team to foster greater engagement and loyalty

Analysis, Monitoring & Reporting:

• Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and areas of opportunity
• Generate insights from social analytics to inform future strategies, ensuring our approach remains agile and responsive

Industry Awareness & Collaboration:

• Demonstrate a proactive learning attitude, stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in social and the blockchain landscape
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure a unified voice across channels
• Take the lead on specific projects or campaigns, presenting findings and results to the Social Media Manager and wider team

Essential requirements:

• Demonstrable experience in a social media role or similar capacity
• Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Creative with an eye for design and a passion for ideas generation
• Ability to work collaboratively and execute methodically
• Proficiency with mainstream social media platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Meta, Google, TikTok)
• Previous experience in the blockchain industry or a keen interest to learn
