AML Officer

Since 2022, we’ve grown 700% in volume and now process over $60M+ monthly and due to this growth we are looking to expand our AML team.

Your Role:

You’ll play a crucial role in navigating legal complexities while ensuring operational excellence. Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement AML policies, procedures, and controls.
• Ensure policies comply with relevant AML regulations and standards.Conduct AML risk assessments.Identify and evaluate money laundering risks associated with business activities.Perform due diligence on new and existing customers.Monitor transactions to detect suspicious activities including using blockchain analysis tools.Report suspicious transactions and communicate with relevant authorities.Provide AML training to employees.Raise awareness about AML compliance within the organisation.

We’re Seeking Candidates With:

• Prior experience with the AML/CFT framework.
• Demonstrated experience in legal operations or related roles, preferably in the financial sector.
• Proficiency in English as you will be speaking with international clients.
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to effectively support clients in the onboarding process and cooperate with sales and other internal teams.
• Proactivity in learning about crypto intricacies and a strong desire to stay informed on regulatory developments.
