The team drives group accounting, dealing, treasury, financial planning, and analysis processes to plan, measure, and execute the growth. We are looking for an experienced Accountant to assist with various accounting activities and support the international expansion of Change in the coming years. You will be able to learn areas that you might not have experienced earlier Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end period closing operations and consolidation following established processes and IFRS / local accounting standards Engage in Change Group and its subsidiaries' month-end review, analysis, and controls to ensure financials are accurate, timely and complete Collaborate with wider Change team, partners and vendors, counterparties on preparing, collecting and sharing accounting documentation Participate in the financial audits by providing required data sets, documents, control results and replying to auditor's questions Support the Group Accounting team with numerous innovative and improvement projects What you'll need to succeed At least 2 years of relevant experience in accounting, including AP/AR functions Advanced use of Excel and experience with Microsoft Business Central Good verbal and written communication skills in English Not afraid of challenges, making decisions, and fast-changing environment Cooperative attitude and ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines Accuracy and high attention to details Nice to have Background in accounting for a large international or a fast-growing company Knowledge and interest in investing and cryptocurrencies Experience with implementation of new tools and software programs University degree in Economics/Accounting/Finance or similar What we offer Stock package as you’re early to join Competitive salary, health insurance, pension fund and other perks An ambitious team of 21 nationalities Flexible work from home policy 3 extra paid vacation days New Macbook Pro and Apple equipment Sports compensation of €100 quarterly Personal development budget €500 annually Free book ordering and office library Beautiful office in city center with huge roof terrace Office snacks, full fridge and everything we need to keep going Monthly team events, summer and winter retreat, and many more (depending on Covid requirements) Sounds like you?
