Web3 Product Designer

Job Description We are looking for an exceptional Product Designer with a passion for building solutions that will allow our community to intuitively use our products and help solve the UX and security challenges of the crypto industry. The ideal candidate will be skilled at each stage of the product design process and always focused on the needs of our users. As part of our Product Management team, you will sit at the center of our operations, working closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Business Development, and Market & Communications. As a Product Designer, you make informed decisions that rely heavily on qualitative and quantitative data. You are observant and know the techniques of observations, interviews, and user tests to understand the needs of our community. In addition, you master product data and analytics. Responsibilities Set product requirements, including UX design, based on information from internal teams and user research Identify opportunities for new products and improvements to existing ones Analyze how a new product satisfies market needs and community preferences Stay up to date on current industry trends and market conditions Define product requirements based on briefs from internal teams and external partners Modify and revise existing product specifications to meet changing community preferences Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to suggest improvements for products and processes Required skills & experience You have 3+ years of experience in product and visual interface design Proven experience in all phases of the UX design process, including user research, user journeys, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing Ability to collect and interpret both qualitative and quantitative feedback Ability to effectively communicate and influence design conceptsAbility to collaborate with cross-functional team members Present product ideas to relevant team members for brainstorming Relevant work experience as a Product Designer or UX DesignerPassion for UX design; not satisfied with the status quo and always thinking of ways to improve An intuitive eye for customer needs beyond the obvious Excellent attention to detail Solid technical and business understanding Strong communicator, fluent verbal and written English skills Bonus skills Crypto native Technical UX, solution architecture Project management How to apply Please send us your resume together with links, LinkedIn profile, and portfolio.
