As the industry exploded last year, we realized players need a marketplace that has features designed with them in mind. From providing great content to displaying tactical information on each and every asset, we’re on a mission to empower players as they navigate this new world. About The Role As a Motion Designer, you'll join the marketing team to level up always-on content, crafting engaging visuals that capture the attention of Players, current and new. Your passion to curate culture and style will be an essential part of the team, collaborating with other team members across ideation, while taking ownership of execution to bring concepts to life. Responsibilities Craft engaging, premium motion graphics that will live across multiple areas of AQUA, from CRM and social media channels, all the way to the website and partner content Participate in early stages of content strategy, contributing during brainstorms to ensure deliverables are optimized from concept to execution Leverage tools like After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Cinema 4D to level up existing assets, repurposing and optimizing content deliverables cross-functionally Clearly pitch concepts, working closely with production teams to ensure deliverables and timelines are in sync Desired Qualifications 5+ years working in motion graphics and/or design at an agency, studio, or comparable experience Strong knowledge across standard design suites and 3D animation software Strong portfolio showcasing an understanding of short-form content best practices and channels Gaming, Entertainment, or Blockchain experience a plus
