Web3 Brand Designer

Establish and maintain the brand’s design standards and continually build and update the brand guidelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver designs that are creative and effective to communicate the brand messages. Produce designs across a variety of formats and platforms with different elements including but not limited to websites, brand merchandise, event key visuals, internal/external presentations, and more. Support marketing requests, understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience, especially when it comes to creating social media posts Who will you be working with? Maintain close collaboration with People, Marketing, Design, Operations, Product & BI Teams. What we'd expect you to have? 3+ years of design experience at a design agency or in a marketing department. Strong visual design skill is a must Expert knowledge of Adobe apps A diverse portfolio that shows the ability to create complex and different visual elements. Knowledge of marketing strategy Expert typography skills Product design knowledge is nice to have Motion graphics/ video editing/ 3D skills are plus Interested in Learning More?
