UI / UX Designer

What we're looking for Atlantis World is seeking an exceptionally talented UI/UX Designer! Qualifications - 3+ years of experience as a UI UX Designer, preferably in commercial projects - Strong knowledge of the basic concepts of application architecture and deep understanding of the software design process - Sense of style, understanding and arrangement of modern trends in web, mobile and graphic design - Experience in creating concepts, wireframes, user flows, and clickable prototypes - Experience with making UIs for mobile devices - Proficiency with industry-standard tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Excellent personal organizational, familiarity with task-management tools such as Notion - Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and levels Would be an advantage: - Enthusiasm for crypto, decentralized technology and Web3 - Deep understanding of UX product research practices and how to bring user insights into design solutions - Familiar with HTML/CSS and styling tools (ChakraUI, Tailwind) Benefits - Competitive USD salary (crypto-friendly) - Opportunity to become an equity partner (token or NFT allocation) - Fully remote + flexible contribution schedule. - Flexible vacation policy. - 4+ weeks of PTO. - Performance bonuses. - Twice a year team retreats all across the globe!
