Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for a talented UI Designer to join our team and work closely with both the engineering and product teams. If you’re passionate about crafting beautiful interfaces, collaborating on innovative solutions, and ensuring pixel-perfect implementation, we’d love to have you onboard.

What you’ll do 

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to transform ideas into functional, visually stunning user interfaces.
• Translate user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints into impactful designs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate your vision effectively.
• Ensure seamless handoffs by preparing detailed design specifications, assets, and guidelines for development.
• Work with the engineering team to troubleshoot design issues during development and ensure implementation matches the vision.

• Stay updated on UI design trends and advocate for best practices in usability and accessibility.

What your day-to-day looks like

• Pairing with engineers and product managers to discuss technical feasibility and refine designs as needed.
• Using tools like Figma to create responsive layouts and interactive prototypes for new features.
• Joining standups and sprint planning sessions to align with product and engineering timelines.
• Reviewing builds to ensure UI designs are implemented accurately and suggesting adjustments where necessary.
• Collaborating with the UX and product teams to align designs with broader user journeys and business goals.
• Exploring new design tools and workflows to improve efficiency and collaboration.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in UI design, with a track record of working closely with engineering and product teams.
• Design Skills: Mastery of design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD; familiarity with design systems and responsive design principles.
• Technical Fluency: Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to bridge the gap between design and code.
• Collaboration: Exceptional communication and teamwork skills to align with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for pixel-perfect designs and the ability to identify inconsistencies during implementation.
• Problem-Solving: A proactive attitude toward tackling challenges and finding creative solutions.
• Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment with shifting priorities.
