The Experience Center Representative will be responsible for being the face of CoinFlip in our Tampa, Florida office. This person will greet customers who enter, and assist with any questions, while providing excellent customer service. This candidate will be knowledgeable about cryptocurrency and able to answer any questions about CoinFlip and crypto to ensure a positive experience for all customers who enter. This person will act as a subject matter expert for CoinFlip and the services we provide. Responsibilities: Assures quality customer service to all customers Answer all questions about CoinFlip and cryptocurrency to provide an exceptional experience for all customers who enter Welcome visitors and direct them appropriately Provide administrative and clerical support for the office, including but not limited to, printing, scanning, copying, and purchasing supplies Track office supply inventory, and ensure the ordering of supplies when needed Ensuring all office deliveries are received by our employees, including lunches and Fedex/UPS packages Handle various requests, inquiries, and issues, and be responsible for the follow up of such Answering questions about the UI of the kiosks themselves Assisting with products and services offered within the digital platform Providing general assistance with crypto Q&A Other assigned duties Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience as a front office assistant or customer service representative Organizational skills and the capacity to prioritize and make quick decisions involving multi-tasking of multiple projects Administrative experience required Knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain and CoinFlip required Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) proficiency Strong customer service skills, including exceptional verbal and written communication skills Ability to communicate and handle confidential information Must be able to lift 25 lbs Nice to Have: Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchains General passion and knowledge of fintech and crypto Working at CoinFlip means collaborating with experienced and innovative leaders who share a clear vision and a track record of success.
