Web3 Chief of Staff (PMO), Technology

Given the pace at which things are changing in the Web 3, blockchain technology industry, we are looking for a diligent professional to act as an extension to our CTO to oversee the tech operations in Binance. You will help drive and execute CTO and senior leaders' vision in Binance by communicating and coordinating with all Tech functional leaders and different stakeholders in our business; as well as externally, to drive different initiatives by partnering with external organizations. Responsibilities: • Drive and execute the vision of the CTO, from coordinating activities of different Tech teams to bringing multiple departments and multiple groups together and getting alignment and driving consensus. • As a Project Manager ensure programs are moving forward within a set timeframe. • Anticipate and prioritize effectively and in accordance with the company’s vision to ensure time and resources are spent efficiently. • Coordinate and communicate across businesses to increase the visibility of the whole technology organization and make cross-functional initiatives viable. • Involved in corporate planning with our executive committee, operations, HR, finance, and also customer service teams. • Assist in formulating an IT roadmap for long-term planning and agree on short to mid-term priorities. • Bring on new ideas and provide constructive feedback to the leadership team to ensure operational excellence.
