What you will be doing

  • Manage the daily operations of the customer service team, ensuring the achievement of targets through the reasonable allocation of resources and personnel;
  • Develop and implement team management plans and standards to continuously improve customer service quality and satisfaction;
  • Identify customer experience issues from various dimensions and take measures to improve and optimize them, ensuring a good  customer experience;
  • Analysis and summary of customer experience data, timely warning of abnormal situations, and follow-up on problem resolution.

Who we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree or above, capable of using English ; At least three years of experience in customer service management in the financial industry;
  • Proficient in using Zendesk, familiar with the construction and innovation of call center processes, systems, etc., independently responsible for a complete department, involving after-sales service;
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of customer service responsibilities and values, have a comprehensive grasp of the customer service framework, and master the professional management methods of the customer service center;
  • Excellent team manager with work passion and strong learning ability;
  • Bilingual in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English is a requirement.
