We’re looking for an experienced Community Manager to build and lead our community strategy and execution as we redefine real estate investing in digital assets.
Immediate Responsibilities
Set, plan and execute campaigns to grow the HoneyBricks community
Build a strong, engaged community and ‘Fly the flag’ as part of HoneyBrick’s mission through variety of channels including web, social media (twitter, reddit) and messaging platforms (discord, telegram)
Design and distribute engaging text, image and video content through these channels
Respond to customers in a timely manner and support them to achieve their goals with HoneyBricks
Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews
Organize and manage online events and webinars to boost brand awareness
Build relationships with customers, industry professionals and journalists
Requirements
Proven work experience as a community manager or similar role
Interest and working knowledge of crypto, fintech and real estate industries
Experience planning and leading communities in both Twitter and Discord
Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs including website traffic, reviews and engagement
Ability to work with product & marketing teams to identify potential customer issues and problems
Ability to communicate and uphold online community guidelines
