Web3 Senior Product Analyst (Remote)

Virtually Human Studios (VHS) is exploring the fringes of entertainment delivery for the next generation. The Role We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst with extensive experience in deep data analysis, to promote growth and ongoing user engagement for our blockchain and gaming IPs. VHS is a remote-first organization; as this role sits within a globally distributed development team, you will need the flexibility required to work across multiple time zones along with a good internet connection at all times. Ideally, you are located in or close to the APAC region, but we are also open to locations in Asia and South-East Asia as long as you have the ability to work with APAC (70%) and Americas (30%) timezones. Responsibilities You will be responsible for developing real-time visibility on critical product success metrics including uptake, churn, prospect/lead conversion, and retention Strategically plan and produce analysis focusing on audience and leads attribution, conversion funnels, and consumer journey analysis Conduct deep dive analysis on audiences and products to identify and prioritize opportunities, and influence key decision-making for our product roadmaps Monitor, evolve, grow, and present campaign and performance dashboards for executive, management, and team level presentations Lead A/B and multivariate testing by providing insights to improve site performance, audience engagement, and user experience Champion data-driven decision-making by communicating insights, highlighting impacts, and engaging stakeholders Requirements Experience working closely with products helping to define, track and measure success metrics Experience in driving analytics projects independently from end-to-end and presenting to leadership SQL language skills required, knowledge of R/Python preferred. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel + Google Suite Familiarity with visualization tools such as Metabase, Tableau, Looker, etc. Comfortable working in a highly agile, intensely iterative software development process Effective communication skills: Regularly achieve consensus with peers and clear status updates Why Work For VHS?
