Key responsibilities: Responsible for the traffic growth of local market, developing new paid ads partners according to the company's strategic goals Design and implement paid strategies according to the local market landscape and needs Keep abreast of the user experience of local market, create a feedback loop to improve user experience and drive conversion rate continuously Actively participate in conferences and events to stay close and ahead of current market trends; identify potential business, and collaboration opportunities Key requirements: Solid experience gained from the Crypto & Blockchain, Internet, Finance, and other related industries is preferred International exposure is highly preferred Multilingual, excellent written and spoken English; an additional language such as Chinese, Russian, Korean or Japanese is a great asset Strong network and resources within the Crypto & Blockchain space Proven track record in paid ads/performance marketing Cheerful, great interpersonal and communication skills, strong logical thinking and result-oriented
