What You Will Do

  • Work with business lead to come up with a strategy for customer growth, acquisition, and retention;
  • Assist with product launches and sales structuring for the strategy to identify market needs and customer personas in different industries;
  • Build and manage a product roadmap rhythm working collaboratively with product development, marketing and business planning
  • Create and manage messaging & positioning core assets Create content, marketing collateral and assets that are relevant for the audience
  • Drive an editorial calendar for the brand working collaboratively with other marketers
  • You’ll be responsible for designing and delivering campaigns that resonate with our potential customer base
  • You’ll map out the personas of our different stakeholders,
  • You’ll be the day to day owner of all brand assets including but not limited to guidelines, brand tone of voice, visual identity, messaging frameworks, responsible for keeping up to date and helping to educate colleagues on the correct usage/application of the assets
  • Own and develop the positioning, value propositions, and messaging that drive adoption of Zubale new and existing solutions
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including business development, developer relations, and product, to distill key functionality and benefits into product marketing content and messaging 1
  • Develop content and marketing collateral for sales enablement (FAQs, cheat sheets, presentations), website content, marketing campaigns, and initiatives
  • Conduct competitive and market research for our product segments and industry verticals, informing product messaging based on business' key goals and challenges
  • Support the strategy for Zubale's participation in Blockchain, Crypto, and Fintech industry events, supporting planning, execution, and inclusion of Stellar ecosystem partners
  • Test and refine new marketing approaches and channels to reach and engage key B2B audiences
  • Perform market assessment, quantitative analysis, qualitative feedback, and represent the voice of the market internally with Business Development, Marketing, and Product Management
  • Identify trends, opportunities for testing, and measure results. Report campaign findings and make recommendations for optimization.

The Skills and Experience You Will Bring

  • Must use design programs Like FIGMA or Adobe Suite
  • Experience developing strategies for brands or go-to-market
  • At least 1 year of experience
  • Verbal and written sharp communication skills!
  • Gsuite or Power point dominance
  • A plus if they come from tech or brand agency
  • Super curious to try different tools and be proactive!
