Atomic is looking for a technical Product Manager to join us in starting the next big thing. This job is designed to last up to 6 months and is perfect for someone who wants hands-on experience starting companies in an early-stage builder role. Make no mistake — the role is what you make of it, the goal is to build amazing crypto products in whatever way you can. Former PM’s have gone on to be founding team members of Atomic portfolio companies.

What You'll Do:

• Be the key driver in going from 0-to-1 for a new product, you will have the ability to resources to test ideas and launch MVPs.
• Work cross-functionally with our world-class team of engineers, designers, growth & go-to-market and other builders/operators.
• Gather product requirements through internal research, market research, customer research, and data analysis.
• Run user research, usability studies, data-driven experiments to inform the product direction.
• Define success metrics, analyze performance, experiment and iterate quickly.
• Establish and measure success metrics after launch. Consistently integrate behavior data and customer feedback into essential product decisions.
• Write up detailed product requirement documents including: strategic rationale for feature, value it will provide, implementation scope, and other details needed for different stakeholders to understand exactly why, what, and how the feature will be built.

What You Have:

• 2-5 years of product management experience. Additional engineering or design experience is a plus.
• Experience influencing product direction and others around you. You handle chaos, ambiguity and complexity in a detailed, organized way.
• Strong UX and design sense.
• Experience analyzing and using data to inform decisions.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Comfort working in fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.
• Expert product instincts and an ability to balance user and business impact.
• Crypto-native
