Responsibilities:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams as well as across multiple product teams to design, scope, and implement delightful and engaging experiences for our users
• Build a deep understanding of the competitive landscape through user research and in-depth data analysis
• Help shape our product strategy by synthesizing external feedback and driving alignment with internal stakeholders
• Own the end-to-end development and delivery of new products to market
• Effectively manage the product through key milestones and deliver towards measurable business outcomes  
• Translate product requirements into well-defined user stories; prioritize and maintain a robust product backlog

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in game development, gaming platforms, creator tools, or large-scale consumer platforms
• Experience bringing a new product to market and scaling it
• Proven experience owning the end-to-end development, launch, and growth of a product
• Effectively convey feature ideas through competitive research, user flows, product specifications, and user stories
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills
• Ability to provide clear direction, set measurable goals, and lead a team
• Excel in a remote environment and work with external teams across multiple time zones 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to present ideas to executive leadership 
• Exceptional data analysis and problem-solving skills
• Proven track record working in an agile environment and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment 
• Self-starter with a CEO mentality
• You have a passion for gaming

Bonus (but not required):

• Experience building creator tools and/or UGC platforms
• Deep knowledge of Web3 products and experiences 
• Experience working in game development and 3D engines
• Ownership of P&L

At this time, we are only set up to hire employees based in the United States.The base pay for this role is between $160,000 and $210,000 for a Lead Product Manager. The base pay for this role is between $150,000 and $190,000 for a Senior Product Manager. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience, training, transferable skills, business needs, market demands and location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. You may also be offered restricted stock units.
