About the Opportunity

We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Product Manager with an engineering background highly proficient in cross functional collaborations. As the principal product manager, you will take on a vital role in improving our "All-product feedback" channel quality by identifying and addressing internal issues through collaboration with the various product and engineering teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify mutual problems that are impacting internal feedback
• Conduct in-depth analysis and gather insights to understand the root causes of these issues.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to develop and implement technical solutions effectively.
• Lead and drive projects aimed at resolving mutual problems, ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines.
• Facilitate effective communication between product and engineering teams, ensuring a clear understanding of requirements and expectations.
• Lead the enhancement of our internal feedback mechanism, working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize improvements.
• Leverage your engineering background to understand technical challenges and provide valuable insights to the teams.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

What We Look For In You

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• Engineering background and a deep understanding of technical concepts.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proven experience (5+ years) as an Engineer or Technical Product Manager, with a successful track record in problem-solving and collaboration.
