Responsibilities

As a Senior Product Manager at Crossmint, you will:Lead End-to-End Product Development:Guide the full lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and ongoing iteration.Drive Strategic Product Vision:Define holistic user journeys across our product suite, ensuring a seamless and best-in-class experience.Leverage Data-Driven Insights:Establish and analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement and innovation.Stay Ahead of Competitors:Monitor the market landscape to ensure our offerings remain at the cutting edge of the crypto and blockchain space.Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to deliver products that resonate with users and align with our high standards.

Required Experience

You are a seasoned product leader with a keen understanding of product management and onchain technology. Specifically, you:Bring Web3 Expertise:Have hands-on experience in the web3 space and understand its technical and market dynamics.Excel in API-First Design:Have a background in architecting and delivering API-driven products or developer platforms.Have 5+ Years of Product Management Experience:Demonstrate a strong track record of building and iterating successful products.

Preferred Experience

We are especially excited to hear from candidates who have:Previous involvement in crypto infrastructure, wallet products, key management, or developer tooling.Experience in fast-paced environments where innovation and agility are paramount.A history of managing products requiring alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders.Exceptional communication skills, with a knack for clarifying complex ideas.
