Web3 Strategy & Operations Manager

As part of our continuous expansion globally and in Europe, we are looking to hire a Strategy and Operations Manager to work closely with our regional leadership team (EVP and country managers) to drive exponential business growth for us. Responsibilities: Support development and implementation of mid to long-term business growth strategy across Europe, including identifying opportunities, in-depth market research/market sizing, product analysis, etc. Serve as project manager and primary point of contact for strategic and tactical initiatives for Binance’s business expansion across Europe. Work closely with the regional leadership team to ensure timely execution of critical business milestones. Collaborate with cross-functional partners in marketing, legal, business development, and other teams to drive overall growth for Binance in Europe. Monitor and advise on market trends so as to develop proactive and reactive partnerships and campaigns for the European market. Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in a performance-oriented environment, a background in management consulting and strategy would be ideal. Strong organizational and planning skills including, but not limited to; research, analytics, and data management. Exposure or keen interest in consumer behavior and growth-oriented mindset. Proactive, entrepreneurial, structured, self-organized, and self-starter approach. Knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain, or Web 3.0 would be beneficial.
