The Role

Our Ultra Games Team is looking for an Account Manager who will be responsible for the constant cooperation and building of long-lasting relationships with partners, assisting them to upload games on Ultra’s platform and making sure their general experience with Ultra is smooth and uplevel. 

In this role, you will be working closely with the Business Development Manager and other teams like Partnership, Marketing, R&D, and C - level Management.

This is an exciting opportunity for you if you are an initiative-driven professional with a commercial/SMM background who is eager to jumpstart a career in the gaming industry. Under the guidance of the Business Development Manager, you will dive into the crypto gaming environment, take an active part in developing and shaping Ultra's processes and standards, and help us deliver the best experience to all our users.

Key Requirements

  • Fluent in English
  • 1-3 years experience in account management in the video games industry 
  • Experience within a globally distributed, cross-functional team
  • Good knowledge of the gaming industry and culture (games, platforms and publishers)
  • Hands-on experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Google Suite and any internal and enterprise CRM software
  • Strong project management and analytical skills
  • Proactive, flexible, organised, team-oriented, with a go-getter mindset
  • Good communication skills, confident speaking in public

It's great (but not necessary) if you also have:

  • Understanding of game mechanics, marketing and user acquisition
  • Blockchain, eSports or NFT experience
  • Existing relationships / network in the gaming industry

What you will do:

  • You will work with Ultra staff and partners all around the world (Americas, EMEA, Asia), and collaborating with them remotely will be part of your daily routine
  • The crypto and gaming spaces are ever changing: keeping your finger on the pulse of the upcoming industry trends and product features will be key in your success
  • Your ability to advise and your determination in maximising collaboration with our partners will help us deliver the best onboarding experience  
  • Onboarding games of partners/developers on Ultra platform including walkthrough, step-by-step guidance and showcase of features
  • Regular day to day synch ups/catch ups with partners/developers on new game releases and occasional upselling of new opportunities/products/projects on the Ultra ecosystem 
  • Collaborating with C-level management and marketing teams on reaching goals and targets related to Ultra Games: forecasting, signing partnerships, follow up promotions, conversion rates, developers exposure to Ultra’s platform, analysis of user satisfaction data, etc)
  • Documenting and escalating when appropriate to your manager the positive and negative feedbacks of partners on timely manner 
  • Driving the constant improvement of the platform and games   
  • Get a chance to cooperate with and learn from experienced professionals in gaming industry
  • Meet a vast pool of well-known publishers on the gaming market and make connections
  • Be part of the pre-opening and growing team as we are getting ready to launch
