About the job

Responsibilities

• Become known as a collaborative, relationship-oriented, visible member of the executive team within the organization and the crypto community.
• Maintain established partnerships while developing new ones in order to help strengthen the organization globally.
• Represent the organization in a variety of external matters including, but not limited to: conferences, panels, social media, etc.
• Evaluate growth opportunities and pursue additional partnerships and opportunities.
• Provide strategic insight for internal and external systems, structure, and processes.
• Build a deep understanding of what our customers need in terms of product and continuously update the team based on latest industry trends.
• Own and develop the culture here at GammaX from top-to-bottom.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 8+ years of experience working in Tech, FinTech, Crypto, or Banking required
• 4+ years of experience in a director or above level role related to Operations, Business Development, or Growth in the crypto industry
• Must have expert knowledge of cryptocurrency and underlying technologies
• Established social media presence in the crypto community preferred
• Experience speaking on panels or at conferences as an official representative of your company required
• Proficient with Google Workspace and Slack
