Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, planning, and execution of podcast audience growth strategies
• Create and own the podcast growth strategies across Impact Theory’s entire catalog of podcasts
• Partner with internal teams across the company to maximize audience retention, engagement, and growth
• Obsessively focus on data and results to refine our growth strategy
• Work with Partnerships and Sales to ensure high performance across all of our ad partnerships
• Spearhead the research and development aspect of an ever-deepening understanding of our podcast audience and provide feedback that allows for the creation of higher performing content
• Cultivate relationships with advertising partners to achieve optimal outcomes for Company and clients

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience
• Proven track record of building audiences and increasing brand awareness in the digital space
• Experience with Podcast advertising
• A passion for podcasting and a deep understanding of the industry
• Ability to present information concisely and accurately in an engaging manner
• Highly organized and be able to manage multiple projects and priorities without sacrificing results or quality of work
• Must be flexible, motivated, and highly collaborative, this role will need a self starter who can roll up their sleeves and get things done
• Ability to establish and maintain efficient work flow processes
