Responsible Gaming Team Leader The Responsible Gaming Team Leader will be responsible for leading the Responsible Gaming Team, ensuring that the company adheres to all regulations and best practices related to responsible gaming. This role focuses on safeguarding vulnerable customers, promoting responsible gaming, leading a group of analysts by ensuring processes and procedures are carried out in line with Responsible Gaming policies. The role will be critical in driving the organisations commitment to corporate social responsibility, as well as achieving our global responsible gaming objectives. Who are we? Role and Responsibilities: As a Responsible Gaming Team Leader, your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

Lead and develop a team of responsible gaming analysts Allocate tasks and ensure that the team meets its key performance indicators (KPls) Conducting quality assessment reviews on responsible gaming analysts Training and Knowledge Transfer: Assist with training relevant stakeholders on an adhoc basis Conduct performance reviews, and individual coaching to ensure continuous improvement Ahoc: Escalations and queries pertaining to responsible gaming Monitoring exception reporting Sign-off high risk responsible gaming tasks Collaborate with stakeholders to promote responsible gaming initiatives Shift work will be required 

What you will bring:  Essential experience

Minimum 2 years experience in a Responsible Gaming leadership / Responsible Gaming coaching role Experience working in regulated markets is advantageous (Ontario, Italy, LATAM etc.)Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with other teams and departments Strong understanding of responsible gaming regulations and industry best practices Proven track record in delivering high quality work in a fast-paced, challenging environment Proficient in English both verbal and written (second language advantageous)

Desirable qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, or a related field advantageous however not Bonus points if you also have:

Sports & Gambling knowledge advantageous Cryptocurrency knowledge would be advantageous Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira & Intercom
