About the Role

We are seeking a high-performing Executive Business Partner to provide strategic support to senior leadership. This role requires exceptional emotional intelligence, business acumen, and the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor, helping drive key initiatives while managing critical administrative functions.

What You'll Do

• Act as a strategic thought partner to executive leadership
• Analyze and synthesize complex information to support decision-making
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and organizational efficiency
• Develop and maintain strategic frameworks and executive dashboards
• Manage complex calendaring and prioritization of executive's time
• Coordinate high-stakes meetings and strategic initiatives
• Oversee project timelines and ensure accountability for deliverables
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Facilitate effective communication across all organizational levels
• Represent the executive in key meetings and follow up on action items
• Develop and maintain stakeholder engagement strategies and protocols
• Coordinate travel logistics and complex scheduling
• Manage confidential information and sensitive communications
• Oversee administrative processes including expenses and documentation
• Optimize resource allocation and budget management processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
• 10+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
• Superior written and verbal communication abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellence in prioritization and project management
• Proficiency in modern business technologies and tools

$150,000 - $175,000 a year

The base salary for this position is $150,000 to $175,000 annually while taking into consideration factors such as relevant experience, skills and qualifications for the role. Stronghold currently offers health benefits for eligible employees.

Authorized to work in the United States (required)This role is based in our San Francisco Office and will be required to come in Monday, Wednesday & Thursday.
