Web3 Paid Ads Manager

Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for the traffic growth of local market, develop new paid ads partners according to the company's strategic goals
• Design and implement paid strategies according to the local market landscape and needs
• Keep abreast of the user experience of local market, create feedback loop to improve user experience and drive conversion rate continuously
• Actively participate in conferences and events to stay close and ahead of current market trends; identify potential business, collaboration opportunities

Key requirements:

• Solid experience gained from the Crypto & Blockchain, Internet, Finance and other related industries is preferred
• International exposure highly preferred
• Multilingual, excellent written and spoken English; an additional language such as Chinese, Russian, Korean or Japanese is a great asset
• Strong network and resources within the Crypto & Blockchain space
• Proven track record in paid ads / performance marketing
• Cheerful, great interpersonal and communication skills, strong logical thinking and result-oriented
