We’re looking for a product marketing professional that can help Archimedes create a sustainable, long-term, and accessible set of opportunities within DeFi for billions of people through an innovative and scalable technology solution.

Archimedes is a one-of-a-kind lending and borrowing marketplace. Backed by top VCs and crypto funds, Archimedes is designed to a) attract capital by offering top of market native and sustainable real yield to lenders, b) allow borrowers to create leveraged positions of up to x10 on yield-bearing stablecoins, and c) enable partner protocols to attract sustainable long-lasting capital.

Reporting into the CMO, as a Marketing Manager, you will work very closely with Archimedes’ leadership team to shape its GTM strategy and execute with excellence against it. You will work cross-functionally to help shape the product’s narrative, build strong industry leadership, and help the company grow its user base and partnerships.

Job description:

  • Work with product leadership to define and package new products/features
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing and product to launch new products/features
  • Manage and execute GTM strategy of new features, products, partnerships
  • Manage and execute an analyst relations and industry insider strategy to capture mindshare
  • Partner with CMO and Community & Marketing Manager to define content strategy and calendar
  • Establish Archimedes’ thought leadership and authority in the space through content for owned and earned media opportunities
  • Write articles about Archimedes, new features, new products, value proposition, and DeFi for its owned and earned media
  • Partner with product management to perform competitive analysis and create assets to support competitive depositioning
  • Be an active team member in our community and support with community management: that's where it all happens in DeFi
  • Support CTO and CMO with Partnership strategy and execution
  • Enable Partnership efforts with presentations, content, and tools

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of previous experience in Product Marketing, User-centric copywriting, Content Marketing or equivalent in a technology or fintech company
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • You are a team player, always willing to learn, and you learn fast
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Impeccable attention to detail, you execute with excellence
  • Ability to set priorities and problem-solve with minimum supervision
  • You have grit and motivation to keep on learning (and teaching) on an ever changing environment

Nice to haves:

  • Previous Crypto or DeFi experience a strong plus
  • Previous Sales or Partnerships experience a plus
  • Strong analytical skills
