Overview - Collaborative, results-driven, no-drama marketing team is seeking a leader to manage our global marketing operations and Americas programs. With three direct reports, the Marketing Director will further accelerate Aptos’ adoption of the right tools, programs, and metrics to drive pipeline growth and retain existing customers. - This includes developing go-to-market strategies and plans to support revenue targets as well as measuring, analyzing, and optimizing performance. Roles and Responsibilities: ● Develop and implement a comprehensive demand generation strategy that is aligned with the company’s revenue, customer expansion, and strategic growth goals for the Americas ● Drive sales qualified leads through the development and execution of integrated marketing programs including events, advertising, webinars direct mail, and digital marketing ● Establish, execute and optimize scalable marketing operations processes that integrate the best practices in lead and campaign management to achieve efficiency and effectiveness goals ● Optimize our Marketing Technology Stack, including rolling out new technology and tools to optimize aligned with business objectives. Oversee Marketo, Salesforce, and other related technologies such as direct mail tool, chatbot, and ABM platform for the purpose of generating, distributing, and tracking leads from the top of the funnel through to closed won/lost ● Define and execute account-based marketing campaigns with custom messaging and targeting for our target accounts. ● Own the data strategy including hygiene, contact and account augmentation, and support demand generation teams with targeting and segmentation work ● Define, measure, and analyze key marketing metrics as well as package these measurements into reports and dashboards that determine the overall effectiveness of sales/marketing initiatives and generate actionable insights and recommendations to help inform our marketing strategy ● Lead the planning and budgeting of the marketing department ● Manage and redefine our email marketing and nurture programs, working closely with the content team and stakeholders to ensure best practices are adhered to Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent in the related field. 10+ years experience in marketing with expertise in lead management, database management, campaign management, and conversion optimization 5+ years of supervisory experience Intellectual curiosity to fuel process improvement and innovation High proficiency in marketing automation systems (Marketo preferred), Salesforce, and integrating those systems with other technologies Enjoys a collaborative team environment, working well with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management to define and implement projects and campaigns Technically capable, loves analyzing data, and excellent communicator Proactive, systems and process-oriented mindset, with a proven ability to anticipate and plan ahead
