The role

As a Market development representative, your work focuses on inbound sales strategy.

You are getting in touch with leads generated by marketing activities, and you will qualify their needs and requirements before passing them on to the Partner Account Executive. You define and adapt together with the Campaign Manager the messaging to nurture existing leads and have as KPI’s the number of meetings booked for the Partner Account Executive.

This is a fully remote job, but we can only consider candidates based in the EMEA region.

Responsibilities

  • Contact and qualify potential partners, and understand their business model, capabilities, values, and processes to make sure it matches our business model.
  • Analyze and understand the partner's profile, their challenges, pain points, and business needs and determine how we can build a win-win relationship
  • Show the product introduction of SettleMint
  • Follow the partner path and make sure your partner becomes SettleMint certified
  • Negotiate conditions for collaboration
  • Match the qualified opportunities you receive from the SDR team with the right partners
  • Closing and Negotiation of a first project

Job requirements

Qualifications

Must have

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and another main language of the region
  • Knowledge of blockchain technologies is mandatory
  • Strong interpersonal competencies
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Excellent time management
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fresh graduate welcome (minimum bachelor's degree in sales, business, marketing, or related field)

Nice to have

  • Experience in solution selling
  • Experience working with Hubspot or other CRM
