Impact Theory is a freakishly ambitious LA-based Web3 studio, committed to telling stories of empowerment and human potential. We currently produce a wide variety of scripted, unscripted, and digital content for OTT streamers, YouTube, Spotify, WEBTOON, podcasts, and our own internal online learning platform. All of Impact Theory’s content is focused on entertaining and empowering people the world over. We are embarking on our newest venture into the Blockchain entertainment and NFT space and are building a world class team in the process. Impact Theory is seeking an experienced Director of Performance Marketing to help lead our paid marketing efforts across our entire ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Hands on ability to create effective performance marketing best practices
  • Utilize data to help inform and educate Company strategies to increase revenue and social footprint
  • Work effectively across teams to build strong partnerships with key roles across the company
  • Manage the bottom line on all performance marketing programs
  • Develop and implement testing strategies to improve overall KPIs, including new channels, copy testing, ad placements, and retargeting strategies to maximize full-funnel performance

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of previous Director level experience
  • 5+ years of experience in content strategy and D to C performance marketing
  • Demonstrate outstanding analytical and problem solving skills with a strong eye for detail
  • Expert in Google Analytics, BI tools, advertising platforms and Excel
  • Experience with diverse ad types - CRM, Paid Social, Search, Display
  • Expert in data analyzation across multiple social platforms including, YouTube, Podcasts, etc
  • In-depth understanding of all marketing channels and how they interconnect to generate ROI
  • Prior copywriter experience preferred
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
