Are you looking for a team at a rapidly growing company where your perspective is valued? Neural is looking for a high performing Content and Community Manager that can work with limited oversight. This role will assist the Marketing function with community management, content creation, execution and reporting while supporting the execution of strategic social media marketing plans.
- Manage all Neural social platforms
- Develop content for a variety of social channels including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and Twitter
- Create and maintain a comprehensive editorial calendar
- Generate audience conversations and strengthens the social communities for brand channels
- Respond to comments in order to foster a positive community and add value to the userâs experience
- Create social media reports on a weekly/monthly basis that include an analysis of current social activity and future marketing recommendations based on trend data
- Identify & collaborate with thought leaders to create value for the community
- Establish and monitor KPIs (reporting/dashboard); communicate KPI results to key stakeholders, translating data into insights with clear summaries of the implications and recommended actions
- Oversee SEO, SEM, and optimization efforts
- Collaborate with Marketing Director to plan and manage media budgets
- Collaborate with agencies, cross-functional team members, and various partners
- Partner with CRM manager to extract insights into digital platform requirements / evolution
- Ensure work produced meets quality standards with adhesion to strategic direction
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Bachelorâs Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred or equivalent experience
- 3+ years Marketing experience
- Experience building and managing successful social media communities is required
- Experience in working within and defining social media strategies, KPIs, and goals to grow audience and engagement is required (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Strong keyword & SEO skills
- Strong understanding of how content is written for social platforms
- Knowledge of all forms of social media interactions (blogs, forums, communities, etc.), basic principles for paid social programs and social media marketing tools
- Team player; ability to receive direct feedback and provide immediate reaction
- Dedicated and driven work ethic
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, GSuite or similar tools
- Health and wellness industry product experience is highly preferred
- Bonus points for Blockchain and Crypto experience
