What you’ll be doing

  • Lead B2B partner accounts, working closely with internal teams or our client's product, engineering, community/marketing teams to write and disseminate critical information about feature updates and product launches as well as bug-related issues as they arise
  • Manage and deliver on partner programs end-to-end, from lead generation, pitching, contract negotiation and fulfillment of deliverables
  • Own partner insights and measurement using data intelligence platforms
  • Contribute ideas and effort to our brand, content, and community strategies to support our growth initiatives
  • Track and compile macro-industry and community-specific trends to be able to advise on the market needs

What we look for in you

  • 3+ years experience in business development, account management or partnerships at a hyper-growth technology company
  • Understanding of and passion for decentralized technology
  • Proven track record of executing multiple high-value partnership deals, from origination through integration
  • English native fluency a must
  • Exceptionally strong communication skills, especially verbal and written
  • Strong work ethic, hustle, and business development sensibility
  • Deep curiosity, relentless resourcefulness, and a growth mindset

Nice to haves

  • Involved in web3 space; otherwise, have strong interest in them
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
